blog-writing-block
i have blog-writing-block. the words don't come. all crammed up and cramped inside me. i can feel them below my ribs. a growing auditorium full of everything i don't say. i'll release all that gunk soon enough. for now, be patient my friends. my fingers are poised over the keypad. each nervous twitch is a false start but a good sign...

There is nothing you can do. Or better, there is nothing you should do. Because doing and trying too much would mean forcing things. And that would mean writing words that are not really there and not really yours.
So sit back and relax. You could read what other people have to tell. You could listen. To people. To birds. To silence. You could do just nothing, just as easy as you could dream away, after closing your eyes. That's what I do when sadness tries to get closer. And it helps. It really does.
Don't worry, signorina. Like I said some time ago: everything will be alright...
and, this too will pass

When George Perec found himself blocked, he thought that it wasn't for a lack of possibility, but an excess. So, for a clearer path, he imposed constraints. perhaps you could do as he did, and write yourself some onzograms. For your next eleven blog entries, write a stanza of eleven lines, with each line having eleven words, and using the same eleven letters for the entire verse. Then make them rhyme, according to the following rhyme scheme: A, A, A, B, B, B, A, A, B, B, C.
By Monday please.
